Sudbury Strength & Endurance


The Sudbury Strength & Endurance is for athletes of all ages and abilities who are looking to improve their physcal and cardiovascular strength in a small group training (<10 people) environment. Workouts will be held Tuesday & Thursday evenings from June16th - August 6th

**Covid-19 Concerns + Policies**
  • Participants will be required to have masks on them at all times
    • Not required to wear masks while running unless necessary
      • Inside buildings, passing in trails, close proximity to others, etc...
  • Participants will follow social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC & WHO
    • Maintaining 6ft+ separation at all times
  • Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant Wipes will be readily available to participants at all times.
  • Physical contact of any kind is strictly prohibited
  • Participants must provide any/all their own equipment
    • Water Bottles
    • Towels/Mats
    • Foam Rollers
    • Hand Sanitizer
    • etc...
  • Workout groups are based on ability and will be limited to <10 people at all times
    • Most groups will likely be <5
    • Workout Groups will be staggered to maintain appropriate social distancing
  • Participants and their guardians will be required to provide an up to date physical as well as a signed waiver of claims before participating.
  • Refund Policy
    • ​In the event that the program must be cancelled participants will receive a prorated refund based on remaining sessions
