Standard Strength Circuits
The below circuits are generalized metabolic circuits that can be adapted to suit your own personal needs. They are not meant to serve as a replacement for a personalized PT or Strength & Conditioning program. All circuits should be incorporated following event specific workouts in a balanced manner 3-6x per week. Difficulty should be selected based on a conservative assessment of current fitness and ability. Failure to do so may increase chances for injury and burnout. All circuits can be progressively increased once completion/mastery of all exercises in the circuit are consistently achieved for 10-20 days.
